Meetings are held at 7pm on the second Wednesday of each month (excluding August), usually in the Palairet Hall in Church Street but at least once a year in the Old School Room, Farleigh Hungerford.

The Parish Council also holds an Annual Public Meeting to report back to residents on the previous year's activities. This is usually held in addition to the usual Parish Council Meeting in May.
