NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
FOR NORTON ST PHILIP PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-
The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for Norton St Philip Parish Council will be held at the Palairet Hall, Norton St Philip on WEDNESDAY 8th May 2024 at 7.30 pm.
Local Government electors for the Parish are invited to attend the Meeting which will be open to the public.
The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Minutes of the APM 2023 and Matters Arising
3. Report of the Chairman covering the activities of the Parish Council for the municipal year 2023/2024 including the presentation of the Annual Report.
4. Report from the Parish Clerk (RFO) on the Parish Council’s Financial Position and End of Year Accounts 2023/2024.
5. Report from Somerset Councillors covering the activities of the principal authorities for the municipal year 2023/2024.
6. Reports from local organisations on their activities during 2023/2024.
7. Parish Forum – questions and discussion from members of the public.
